Dear Melanie, I enjoy reading you - even the recipes :) - and will wait for your return. I have MN roots, hippie roots, and now live in SoCal (past 30 years).
You know, a while ago you asked for recommendations on what to see in NoCal, and I suggested Big Basin Park, for the genuine coaastal redwoods (as opposed to sequoia). Where did you go?
